Unemployment Fraud

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

My daughter's father is collecting unemployment as well as receiving a paycheck. I was receiving Double Childsupport since Probation was taking money out of his unemployment check and his paycheck. (he's not working for cash)
What are the consequences if he gets caught?
Also, this is not the first time he has done this.

When he gets caught he will have to pay back the unemployment before he will be able to get unemployment again. Unless he is from Mexico, in this country illegally.
