What is the name of your state? michigan

my moms soon to be ex husband is violating a protective order against him as well as sending her, her family pictures that he has not returned destroyed in the mail. the police want to arrest him but the judge will not act. what can she do?

At this point, probably just keep documenting and calling the police every time he violates the order.

thank you! she has been doing that. she met with prosecuting attorney today and he goes to court tomorrow. so we will see how everything works out. again thank you.
