money taken from ATM

What is the name of your state? California My ex-boyfriend had me get money from his ATM. Now that we aren't together he called the cops and told them that I didn't have his permission to.Can I go to jail for this?

It seems to me that if he gave you his card and pass code, then there is nothing he can do about it. My son gave his car keys to a friend to get his coat out and his friend stole the car. He couldn't do anything about it because he gave him the keys, never mind the reason. I think this would apply the same.

Ditto. And he's probably lying about having told the police. And if if he did, they laughed at him.

I agree. If he gave out his pin, he's pretty much out of luck (and full of bull).
