I recently received a dui and was sentenced to 95 days with work release privilages. The jailer that runs the program ignored the judges orders for my work release forcing me to shell out more money to have the judge reitterate his position. NOW, this jailer is telling me that I must turn over all my financial records to him, Also he forces inmates to give him their paychecks, then his program receives the interest and inmates are forced to pay their bills with checks issued from the county jail. How can this possibly be legal?
