RE: What Can Be Done?

What is the name of your state? Kansas
I am wondering why I am not getting any responses after my question is read? I take this as a Serious subject- and to see (at this point) that it has been viewed 33 times? Thanks?

Maybe because you didn't ask any legal questions or no one had any answers. You can reply to your own post to "bump" it back up, btw...

Maybe because no one wanted to say it was because she opened the door to someone trying to harm her and injured his hand by releasing the security chain on the door (?!) and she had no injuries because they feared being blasted for absolutely not understanding what a horrible guy he is and what a saint she is and what a **###@@@ they are for stating their opinion.

That's my theory.

Does she have a restraining order on this man? If not she should get one asap and then call the cops whenever he shows up again. She does not have to let him in the house. That is a stupid thing to do. If she would have let him just kick the door down than the cops could have arrested him instead!
