LLC entity having conrol over two properties

What is the name of your state? Washington

What we're looking to do is have one LLC entity having control over two properties. One property is intellectual and is used by a subscribing membership to retrieve information about upcoming events and electronic concerts. The other is a traditional business that actually organizes and orchestrates these events. The question is this:

If an outside entity sponsors the first property (intellectual), are they required to know about the other property as being owned by the governing entity. Are there any legal obligations by the entity to reveal to the sponsor all of the business properties and operations to sponsors.
