What is the name of your state? Nevada
Judge ordered ex to pay $2,000 of attorney bill. Ex refuses, claiming he'll bring it back to court (it's been over two years) and rake up more fees for me.
My divorce attorney recommended I hold onto our tax returns in order to convince him to pay me the money he owes. Tax returns have been completed and would net him the money he owes me.
How can I legally make him pay me? Can I use the tax returns?
Also, he is having all of the checks mailed to his address in Florida.

why havent you gone back to court on a contempt motion? Facing some jail time usually convinces the other side to pay up right away.
