I fathered a child with a woman whose husband was impotent and infertile - but they are now getting a divorce, and he wants absolutely nothing to do with the baby. My wife and I would love to adopt the child WITH the natural mother - is there some process that would allow all three of us to be a part of his life? In other words, could my wife and I adopt the baby and still be legally his mother's child as well?
