I want to opena transition House for homeless women ages 17-25 who are not gang affiliated, drug addicted ot pregnant. I want to provide job skills, life skills GED training etc. I have the support of my church for this. THe question is what are the legalities of being and outreach from the church? What papers and licenses need to be obtained? How do I do this withouth breaking any laws and obtain faith-based funding support?
