What is the name of your state? Georgia

My question is this, and I apologize if it's a really stupid question.
I've recently (like 2 days ago) purchased one of those do-it-yourself divorce kits. One of the questions was "Were there any children born into the marriage?" My husband and I have a daughter but she was born 2 years before we got marriage. Do I include her as being born into the marriage? My mom says no and my dad says yes. So basically my question is yay or nay?

My response:

So, basically you're saying that you were "bumping uglies" and "doing the nasty" BEFORE you were married?

Isn't that immoral?

My further response:

Okay, I was just kidding around with you (whew!).

Anyway, list the children born to you before your marriage, and the court will determine parentage pursuant to the Uniform Parentage Act (UPA). Attach a declaration of paternity regarding the minor children born before marriage, and dated and signed by him. If he refuses to sign, request a DNA panel and one will be ordered.

Good luck.
