What is the name of your state? Georgia
I was divorced aug 22, 2003 after being separated since may 1999. my wife is unhappy with the judge's decision of marital property (retirement). the judge gave her none of my retirement. she has filed for a new trial and will probably keep appealing the decision until she gets what she wants. my lawyer said i could not get a bifurcated divorce even though the law is "still in the books". who can i contact to find out if i can get a bifurcated divorce so i can go on with my life!!!!
