My wife left me 8/24/2003 to live on her own. wife is a nurse still employed. I am still living in the home on social security. if home goes up for sale will be needing new roof and new furnance to make it saleable. both roof and furnance are 35 years old. Is my wife responsible for half the expense for these needed repairs.
