what should be done when a person dies and a revocation of a donation is done secretly so that the heirs are not aware of it. it was originally for (well just to put it bluntly to beat the government at nursing home time.) some money and property were donated to the deceased and the person (who is his father) took it back, after stealing a lot of other property(moveables) tractors, tools etc. thanks hidden
