I filed for divorce the first week of August 2003. My husband's attorney filed an extension on 9/05/03. They still have not given my attorney anything. How much time do you have when you file an extension. This is getting ridiculous. It's been over 30 days since the extension was filed. I would think I could go ahead without him by now. Does anyone know?
