We left off the divorce decree a child so that my ex-wife not have to come back to Texas to do the required counseling. The child is not mine but my name was put on the birth certificate as the father. financially and emotionaly the child is mine. Is the divorce legal? Can I annul the divorce? What are the legal ramifications for intentionally turning in divorce papers that are not accurate.
