What is the of your state:nj my wife is a nurse who make 55,00o per year. my wife is a reiki master on the side and make 400.00 per week seeing 6/8 patients. most of her clients either pay in cash or make checks payable to cash. I have since become unemployed and my wife left to live on her own. i am stuck with all the bill, my ownly income is from social security. my wife has her clients pay her in cash on they give her checks made out to cash. i would like to file for alimony can i use this hiddeln income information against her to collect alimony, as a defense. Anything's possible. Do you have any kind of physical evidence that she has this income? Without it, you have no case.
