hi everybody
me and my partner are starting a yoga studio in beautiful santa barbara, ca. can anyone tell us exactly what licenses and permissions we need to not get in any legal problems. it seems like we wouldn't even need a seller's permit because we do not sell "tangible personal property". how do we get a tax id number otherwise??? and where? tres confusing!
