Does anybody have any advice on the tax free business oppertunity to people coming to the US and wanting to start a business.
Basically my Husband to be isn't a US citizen, and we were wondering how the whole situation works.
If we marry is he intitled to the 7 year tax free business?

Because this category has been controversial INS processing times are slow and unpredictable.

So, is he going to invest $500,000 or $1,000,000???
