What is the name of your state? arizona

how long after death should the executor provide a copy of the will to beneficiaries? Note...executor is also a beneficiary. we think he is draging his feet.

Thanks

Normally the will is filed within 30 days after the death at the county courthouse probate court--check there to see if it has been filed yet, and if it has you can get a copy of it there.

Executor may not be exactly sure of what his duties are if this is his first time serving as executor.
