Hello, i live in ohio. My question is : my wife and I are getting a disalusion. We have a mortgage, a second mortgage promisory note, and numerous other bills (credit cards, etc.). Can we agree that she sign off on all of the bills so she won't have to pay for any of them, ever, even if something happened to me, (death for instance)?

Your divorce has nothing to do with the seperate contracts you entered into with the finance companies that furnished the loans. If her name is on the loan, credit card, etc. as a primary or co-signer, she's liable, no matter what you agree to within the parameters of your divorce.
