I have no money for a lawyer, so i decided to get a do it yourself packet. I live in Montana, and he lives in New Jersey. Will this slow down the divorce process? Also, I have no identification with my married name. Can i use my maiden name through all the divorce paper work? I am worried about signing infront of the notery without proper ID.
