What is the name of your state? sc

need to know how long a divorce can go if it's totally uncontested, both sides agree to all terms, etc. in short, just want to know how short a length the divorce proceedings could go

also, there is a 3 yr old involved. needed to know what the standard visitation rights are.

the mother resides in tennessee and i reside in sumter, sc.

It could go as short as a few months. Since you live in seperate states about 8 hours or so apart, your lawyer may go for a 2 month per year visitation during the summer and every other x-mas or something to that effect. You can also work out a variation of intermittent times that you may visit the child. For instance, if you give one week notice to your ex, you may visit for a determined amount of time in betwen scheduled visitation. The flexibility of visitation will need to be worked out. If you aren't on the same page with visitation, it could prolong your divorce.
