This Business is located in Ohio and has a division in NY
Quick Synopsis, Owner of business dies, he has wife, daughter and daughters husband has been Pres for 20 years, they have 2 children, boys, smart educated, now in company as Pres and Vice Pres. Boys father stepped down to stop paying allimony as per divorce agreement as long as he was Pres. Business Owner upon death leaves controlling interest to grandsons, After Daughter divorces husband, she conspires with mother(old-sick not incapacitated) to change this, or so said. Anyway, (This is busy, Whew!) 2 1/2 years prior to grandsons graduation and coming into company their mother, (daughter of owner) sues her mother (now Owner), company, ex husband, boys for mis of funds, yada, yada....(Little ignorant here, please forgive) After grandsons take over Pres/Vice their father has found that the Mother, (owner) paid retainer for pre mentioned lawsuit. Now Father & sons say they will wait till Grandmother(owner) dies and file suit against only daughter, (Terribly bad karma revenge on wife/ mother for leaving family) Question???? (thought I would never get here huh?) Your Sweet!, Can these boys and their father do this to this woman? They have already gotten her birthright, can they destroy her as well? Surly there has to be a law to protect people from horrible revenge, but I jest, or am simply naive and choose to maintain a touch of innocence.
