My question is:
What rights does a father have to his children when his parents have legally adopted them but it is a "open relative adoption" What forms or process does he need to do, to have it legal so he can have the children back for good. They want the children to be back with their father. They take them, then give them back and so on. How can we put an end to the children not suffering by getting the legality done so they can be here for good?
