What is the name of your state? South Carolina

Our Son told us his wife of 3 years does not love him any more and wants a divorce. Does anyone know the grounds for a divorce in South Carolina?

Well, in all honesty...you can divorce for anything really. Just make sure you have a nice fancy term to explain it. With them not being in love no more, you could explain it as them having hardship feelingsor differances. Is there anyway that there marriage can be mended? It is sad to hear of people getting divorced.

Thank You, Lady Leggs. Yes divorce is sad, but he wants to fight it and her reason sounds kind of weak to us.

SC is a no fault state. Which means living seperate & apart (1 year) is enough for her to obtain a divorce.
Are there children involved?
