What is the name of your state? IN
I want to know if I owe this guy. I spoke with this company about updating my web page with a complete overhaul.
I gave him samples of content and "feel" I wanted.
from the looks of things he used a canned template and cut and pasted my content from my existing website, without any changes whatsoever.
In the mean time.
I found someone else that I liked better and instead of giving him a chance to correct things I decided to switch.
He wants full payment for the website stating that it is 100% done.
But it's not becuase I wont use it as is.
I have till friday to pay or he has threatened to file with small claims.
We have no written contract.
any advice?
