What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

My grandfather had set up a CD (of substantial size) for me when I was a baby, and it had himself and my name as owners. Now that he has gotten older, he took the matured CD and had it put into a CD with my father and myself as owners on it. This was done before I recently got married.

If I ever got divorced (hate to think like this, but I want to make sure I'm protected), would my husband have any right to that money in the CD, since it only has my name and my father's name on it, and was my separate property before marriage?
