is it possible to file suit against my soon to be ex's mistress for emotional distress? i have lupus and my son is autistic and i had increased health issues since they had the affair.

My response:

It's called "Alienation of Affection", and PA doesn't recognize that as being a "cause of action". Therefore, you can't go after the "mistress." So, you're out of luck.
