I am incororated (S) in GA and my business is film and video production. Work is slow so I am getting into doing handy man work and wanted to know if I can use this corp. to run my new business.

Article one of my bylaws says " the corporation may take advantage of the rights granted to it by state law and engage in any business allowed by state business corporation law".

I incorporated myself about 5years ago using a book I got from the library as a guide and this verbage is right out of the book. Should I take it at face value or are there other issues I should consider?

Thanks,

Kinetic
