Im looking int starting a homebased freelance graphic design buisness from my parents home. Im in college and will be moving out by next summer. I want to start my buisness while im not paying for rent. ive checked into all the local laws and regulations for starting and running, exept im worried about this...
My question is...
If I start my buisness from my parents property will my parents house become part of liability if, for some reason beond me, i get sued? (there will be no customer traffic to the house, all jobs and proofs will be done via the internet.)
