What is the name of your state? Kentucky

We would like to proceed to get our executor(my uncle) thrown off for allowing his father(not on the Will) to steal and give household items away to his tenants(rental property) for free. He was able to do this cause my uncle gave him a key to the house.

If we were to proceed, I know we would have to pay for our lawyer costs, but what about my uncle's costs?

Does he have to personally pay for those costs or does such costs come out of the estate thereby costing us even more money?

If he does lose, can we get reimbursed for our lawyers costs and can he lose some of his bond he put up to become executor/power of attorney?

It's about $2000-3000 worth of household goods.
