What is the name of your state? NV
I am going to start a C Coprporation with my own financing and I know that within a few months I will be able to pull my investment back out and place it back where it came from but I was wondering how I can do that in the corporate structure. Do I have to take it all as salary which then I will be paying taxes on it. Do I initially loan the corporation the money and then they will inturn repay the loan. Do I take it as bonus. I am not sure which road to take with this and would appreciate the help.
