What is the name of your state? Tennessee
Given the standard advice that an LLC should be organized in the state one resides in, lest they be also required to form a foreign LLC in the home state and pay taxes and fees to both states:
Is this caveat applicable in the case where a business operates exclusively on the Internet - such as subscriber based web-content? If a business hires a resident agent in the state where the LLC is organized, uses an Internet based bank for financial services, locates their servers out-of-state, and only incidentally has local subscribers in the course of selling subscriptions to a global customer base, and in short, carries out business operations without any face-to-face interaction; does it matter where an LLC is formed?
