I recently became the rep for my fathers estate.My question is twofold. first the property is only selling for 35K this is being split 5 ways between my siblings and my self.I got a letter from my attorney that he sent to to my brothers bankruptcie attorney wanting to know how he should dipurse my brothers share.Should My Attorney be able to dispurse these moneys to the hiers only or if the hiers owe money is he allowed to dispurse it to the ones that are owed?Second Doe's the moneys have to be put in a trust account or can i just handle that if all parties agree that i'm capable?
