What is the name of your state? Missouri
i was wanting to start a service business to lawyers and doctors (and any other business that has client patient confidentiality agreements) and was wondering what, if any, certifications, bond, insurance, or background check can I get for my business that would give me a boost on the competition. This service would put me in contact with client personall information. There is not a required license in my state or city nor a requirement to get a bond for this service at this time

There is no way in hell you're going to be privy to patient or client information WITHOUT obtaining a written, signed, Release from the client or patient.

So, you're pretty much sunk.
