What is the name of your state? New York

A few questions related to subject:
1) I recently signed up for retirement payroll deduction(403b). If I divorce, will my wife be able to take half of my retirement income?

2) If I win Lottery, will the wife be entitled to half if I divorce after winning?

3) Why is getting divorce so expensive in NY?

4) If I divorce, will my wife be able to collect part of retirement income? (company paid, SS,etc?)

Thank you for your help.
