she was 9 when dad died. he left her 250k. now she's 21 and mom told her that she (mom) had herself appointed as the "guardian" of the estate. She will not give her any money until she marries (with mom's approval, i'm sure). If the will (trust) was left to the girl, doesn't the girl have the right to at least view the documentation? Additionally, she should be entitled to her money as well, correct? What can be done please?
