What is the name of your state? iowa but my inquirery is for pennsylvania.
My grandfather passed away and mentioned me in his will. My aunt is excutor and will not talk to me. She liquidated all his property. To my knowledge she has not brought it up for probate. Since she was named POA while he was alive, she already had access to his money. What legal recourse do I have? How do I go about it? Is there a time line to do this is? What happens if she don't execute the will as my grandfather wanted?
