Arizona. I realize intial irrevocable CRUT trust set-up expenses are not charged to the trust. tax prep charges i understand are charged to the trust. however, what about legal expenses regarding trust law. Arizona has new laws relating to CRUT trusts. Are the lawyer consulting fees chargeable to the Trust or are they charged to the donor(s) (who receive annual distribution)???? Appreciate any input.
