What is the name of your state? Florida
i have a friend who is nearing the end of his divorce proceedings, there pre-trial date is dec.15, today via mail he recieved a letter from his estranged wifes atty which stated:Notice of Intent to Utilize Summaries in statue florida 90.956..He is acting as his own counsel and i must say hes doing exceptionally well. But he is wondering why his wifes atty would want his client too utilize summaries for the pretrial hearing, another words, what does this mean ? and why is her and her atty taking this route>>>??
