Missouri. I have been appointed executor in my Mother-in-Laws will. She died last week. The estate consists of an auto and household furniture, an estimated value of $5,OOO more or less. All other assets and funds were held in joint names or beneficiary. Who is responsible for payment of obligations after the party is deceased. All funeral have been prepaid.
