I am in OH and this is my situation.
The person that I am going tostart business with is already a corporation. He hasan office and has a small staff. We plan to partner together. But I donot have enough capital. So the plan
is that While I will not be taking any salary nor will
be contributing any funds to the day to day running of
the business, I will be helping him to get new
business and will be taking a percentage of the
business for me. In the long run, I intend to become a
full time partner.

What is the best way for us to have a legal binding?
Any advice will be most welcome.
