My wife and I have decided to go the dissolution route to a divorce since we are in agreement on everything. Through our agreement, our money assets will not quite be split 50/50. We are wondering if we can fulfill our agreement and not put everything down on a disclosure of assets. We were told in a dissolution that most requests are honored but sometimes a judge can get make you get an attorney. We feel we do not want to waste money on this as we already are in agreement. I guess my question is, can we not disclose everything pertaining to our assets and will we get in trouble if we do not?
Thanks
