Business Type??

What is the name of your state? colorado, a friend and i are starting a law enforcement training and investigations business. we would like some advice as to what type of business would be best (llc,partnership,incorporation). we are looking for the easiest and yet most protection. we have very little capital and will be looking at start uploans.
