What is the name of your state? OH

I checked the small claims court website and found that the trial between plaintiff and I has been closed.

Since I haven't gotten the notice yet, I found there's a sentence on website: NOTICE OF COURT ORDER ISSUED WITH COPY OF ORDER ATTACHED NOTICE OF COURT APPEARANCE, my questions are:

1) What is NOTICE OF COURT APPEARANCE? What this notice for? Is this means I still have trial to show on?

2) What is the meaning of the status "CLOSED"? For me it's kind of vague, what is that means?
