What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I am the Plaintiff. I won a judgment against a company that decided to appeal the Court's decision. I understand the case goes to the Court of Common Pleas at this point.

Should I hire an attorney at this point? I have no idea what the new process entails. On the bottom of the appeal notice it says that I have 20 days to "file a complaint in this appeal" otherwise "a judgment will be entered against you". What is this mean? I thought this pertained to the Defendant. Can someone shed some light on this?

Also, my name is misspelled on the Appeal Notice. Is the appeal still valid?

Please share your experiences as well.

Thank you.
