What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Im in the process of buying a bar in NJ and I was wondering if there are any laws forbidding me to serve peanuts in wooden barrels for my guests to grab and throw the shells on the floor?

I heard that in MD this some kind of law about that?

Thanx,

Contact your state liquor licensing board.

As far as I know, there is no such law. There is, however, a very big question of liability. Do you want to pay the liability Insurance premiums for such a 'novelity'?
