What is the name of your state? PA
i won my civil case but now the defendent filed an appeal.
what i like to know is how do i file the complant against the appeal and what form do i have to use. The appeal is that he appealed the JP judgement know i have to file a complaint in the prothoatarys office . i dont know how to do this

Is this appeal for a new trial ?

Is it just a written appeal ?

*** You can't argue against the appeal from JP court. The appeal will be a 'trial de novo', meaning a whole new trial, to be held in the Court of Common Pleas.
