What is the name of your state? Nebraska

I loaned money to a friend by charging items to my charge card. She has failed to make any attempt to repay me, but I do have a contract saying that she will pay the amount charged plus any finance charges. My question is just what do I need to do from here to collect the money that she owes me?

If she refuses to pay and you cannot negogiate with her yourself, file against her in small claims, be prepared to verify all relevant information on the debt.

Guess the car wreck was just the beginning of the end of your friendship.

I was about to say that anyone who could own a Monet and loan it out to friends should be able to afford an attorney on retainer!!

Ah yes, but due to amount of the loan, it would not be a small claims action.
Well, unless it was a very small miniature monet.

Show me the Monet!
