What is the name of your state? IL
My husband and I incorporated a couple of years ago to start a small business. He runs the business. We both signed for te initial loan to start the company. Recently I found out the he never filed with the state of IL so they dissolved our corporation. He is still running the business but without benifit of a corporation. We are now separated and he has control of the company. Are we still 50/50 partners? Does his operating partnership grant him any prefernce? He won't want to re-instate the corporation if currently things are in his favor.
